By booking a ticket with Superior Tour, you agree to these terms and conditions. Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified on your booking confirmation.
Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure. You must bring valid travel documents (passport or IC) for immigration clearance.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may incur a cancellation fee.
Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage and one carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage may incur additional charges.
Superior Tour is not liable for delays caused by immigration procedures, traffic conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
